2. Payment Timeline: Payment for services must be made within 2 days of the services rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a late fee of $50.00 dollars then at 2% per day on the outstanding balance until paid in full.

3. Deposits: For some services, we may require a deposit of up to 50% before work commences. This will be clearly indicated in the service agreement.

If our team encounters such items that impede our work, we kindly request that they be removed prior to our arrival to ensure a smooth and seamless process. In cases where the removal of these items is unavoidable and must be handled by our team, we charge a fee of $100 per man hour for the service. This fee covers the additional labor and time required to manage these obstacles, ensuring that we can complete our primary tasks efficiently.
